Features:
1. Main Material: HDPE (high density polyethylene) mixed with LLDPE(Linear low density polyethylene)
2. Production Techniques: Extrusion blow molding
3. HDPE film is a tough translucent film with milky white appearance and poor surface gloss. It has good strength, toughness and opening properties, as well as higher tensile and impact strength.
4. HDPE film has better moisture barrier, heat resistance, oil resistance and chemical stability than LDPE film. HDPE film can be heat sealed, but air tightness property is not as good as LDPE film.
5. Under the same requirements as HDPE and LDPE film, the thickness of HDPE film can be reduced to 75% to 80% of LDPE, which greatly reduces the cost.
6. Bag size, thickness and color can be customized.
