Product Description
high temperature cotton bleaching machine
This machine integrates degreasing, bleaching and other processes.Using energy efficient circulation pumps, high temperature high pressure oxygen bleaching step process technology, bleaching tank loading density of 300kg / m3, improve machine load, shorten the process time and reduce production costs.
The machine was equipped with master cylinder, chemical drums,electrical cabinets, pneumatic valves and machine steel base.
Addition tank is used for feeding dye stuff and chemicals to the main circuit by feeding pump. Shower pipe is mounted. In order to make dye stuff/chemicals preparation, a mixer, steam coil, thermometer, level gauge and thermo-controller are served.
Main Vessel is fitted liquor flow exchange device, allowing to change the direction of the liquor circulation (in/out -out/in).
