Wet mat production line is mainly producing all kinds of surface mat, roofing felt, pipe coated felt, floor mats, battery separator mat etc.
The glass fiber wet felt Tissue production line is a production line that automatically produces glass fiber mats in a wet form. Adopting internationally advanced PLC program control technology, the on-site electrical and controller have automatic control of the central control room. The production process and parameters are always monitored in the central control room display. The human-machine interface automatic control can meet the complex production process requirements. It integrates mechanical, chemical and electronic technologies into one production line. It consists of a feeding and slurry system, a binder preparation and conveying system, a production line host, an electronic control system, and a production line attached to the machine. The entire line is clean and durable. The solidification drying tunnel is cleaned and durable with stainless steel plate inside and outside. The main part of the electrical frequency conversion motor adopts Siemens motor, and the inverter adopts Japanese Yaskawa imported parts to make the whole production line at the current advanced level.
