Product Description
E-glass powder used to reinforce PP is milled by ball grinder from fiberglass chopped strands which was treated by silane coupling agent and special sizing,used for reinforcement in composite to increase mechanical properties(impact,tensile,compressive and flexural) ,improve dimensional stability and minimize distortion at elevated temperature of plastics and resins.

PRODUCT PROPERTIES:
1.good flowability: good flowablity can let feeding process is easier when producing plastic compounds using twin-screw extruder or single-screw extruder.
2.good composite properties:this milled glass fiber was treated by silane coupling agent,so it can composite with plastics and resin totally.
3.excellent physical and chemical properties: this chopped strands has high tensile strength,elastic modulus,so it can reinforce the thermoplastics and thermosetting plastics,and improve its impact,tensile,compressive and flexural properties,improve dimensional stability and minimize distortion at elevated temperature.
STORAGE:
The E-glass powder used to reinforce PP should be keep dry in their original bags and stored in a suitable place,preferably at room temperature with 35-65% relative humidity.Avoid the sun, rain and fire.

1.Shipment by sea:for sea transportation,generally 20pallets(each 1000kg.two layers)be loaded into 20 feet container.total net weight is 20.00 metric tons.
2.transportation by truck:for truck transportation,generally 10 pallets(each 1000kg,one layer) be loaded into truck.
3.transportation by rail:for rail transportation,generally 20 pallets(each 1000kg,two layer)be loaded into train's container.
