This ED-coating plant was built on 2019
the plant has 5 hoists .one tranfer tank and one automatic oven online
process:load→pre soak*2 →soak *2→rinse →water spray →deruster →rinse →water spray→SF codition
→phosphate*2 →sealing→water spray→DI rinse→air dry*3→ED- coating →UF1 →UF2→DI rinse→air dry*3
→oven*6→ air cooling *3→ unload
the plant runs fully automatic with PLC &HMI system .
there are 2 sets of UF systems on the line ;one some vertical pump , plate filter for phosphate tanks
chiller 40HP with heating exchanger to cool coating solution .
plant working circle time is 5m .
