Features and Applications
1. Due to its special surface imitation fish scale micro-texture layer, the cutting resistance can be significantly reduced, the cooling rate is increased, and the cutting rate is increased, thereby effectively improving the performance of the edm wire.
2. The main cutting speed is increased by 20%-30% on average compared to the brass wire. After cutting three or four times, the overall speed is increased by more than 10% on average over the brass wire. Especially in the processing of thick workpieces and cemented carbide materials, the speed increase is more obvious.
3. At the same time, compared with ordinary zinc coated wire , the high-speed line is not easy to drop powder, which reduces the pollution of the processing environment and reduces the frequency of maintenance and cleaning of the machine and related components.
