- The product model is determined according to the length of the pipeline and the size of the pipe diameter. This can ensure that the product is compatible with the pipeline and understand the starting pressure of the product.
- During pipeline cleaning, operators need to control the running speed of the pig. The running speed of the pig is very fast. It is easy to damage the equipment or not spotless when it is running. Therefore, a pressure relief valve must be added to the pipeline to control the running speed of the pig.
When cleaning different pipelines, the operation speed has different requirements. During pigging or drainage, the operation speed shall be less than or equal to 2 m / s. During debuting or dust removal, the pig speed shall be less than or equal to 1 m / s. When the pig blocks the pipeline and loses the signal. The operator needs to reload a pig with the transmitter at the inlet to search. Generally speaking, the closer to the blocking position, the slower the pig will run.
