Product Description
EPE foam matress extrusion line foam sheet extruder foam film machine
------- The raw material of PE foam sheet making machine is low density polyethylene (LDPE)
------- It is feed into the extruder with the L/D 55:1 by automatic loading equipment.
------- The talcum powder is fed into the unloading equipment through the Italy double screw. And then enter into screw to plasticize.
------- The anti-shrinking agent is injected into spiral tube by GMS pump to mix with raw materials.
------- The function is to prevent the products shrinking. The liquid butane will be injected into the screw tube through the high pressure butane pump to foam.
------- After cooling by the screw tube, the plasticized blend materials will extrude out from the nose. After the product reaching the length customer requires, the meter counter will alarm automatically. And then change the roll, weigh, pack and enter into warehouse.
Steel Rack Structure :
A. Rack material: carbon structural steel, standard steel section.
B. Water recycling system: stainless steel connection.

A2: We are located in Longkou City, Shandong Province, China. The nearest airport is Yantai Airport. You can transfer from Guangzhou, Beijing or Shanghai airport to Yantai airport. We will pick you at the Yantai airport when you come to visit us.
Q3: Could I test machine before placing order?
A3: We will make the machine running during your visiting to check the working condition. And there are some client who bought our machine in our city. We will take you to their factory to check all working flow.
Q4: How many countries have your machine been installed?
