A: First, in order to lead global positive market competition, NEW ENERGY will not sell the same product to two clients in one region. Second, we are willing to give the A-level agent rights, or even exclusive agent rights to clients with strong sales and service capability for certain market/product, who would enjoy our most competitive product price and tiered special discount for substantial order. Last but not least, for specific markets, we prefer to operate as a co-brand with our clients, or offer NEW ENERGY's own brand products and services to dealers.
Q: What support do you offer to clients?
A: We can: provide product certification requirements for local markets; provide catalogs, technical manuals; co-exhibit with the clients in leading industry exhibitions; do promotion on the local market's media by our news release resources.
Q: How long is your Heat Pump delivery time?
A: Generally it is 1-5 working days if the goods are in stock. or it is 15-25 working days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to quantity.
