ESD PE ANTISTATIC PINK BAG OPEN TOP & ZIP TOP
Material Structure:
Material is 100% PE (Polyethylene)
The appearance is Pink and semi -transparent, 95% resin Virgin PE and 5% Antistatic Master Batch.
Formed by using Blow-Molded Polyethylene particles with Antistatic additives added.
Antistatic PE Bags can be also in other colors: White Transparent, Blue PE and Green PE
In Standard sizes & Custom Sizes Available.
Standard Thickness: 50my,60my, 75my or other customized thicknesses, with one color print.
Soft Texture and Flexible in use,
ESD Pink PE Film Rolls available in custom width & Length and Pink PE Tubing in customized sizes available.

For Packing Non ESD Items safely within the EPA area
Pink PE Antistatic film will not produce electrostatic charges during handling. Static charge is dissipated over the surface of the film preventing discharge onto the electronic device packaged.
The material allows easy visual identification of items being packed.
The surface resistance is 10 to 8 Ω ~ 10 to 10 Ω as per ASTM Standard D-257 when tested at 73F, 15% RH.
Application:
For packing the products Non ESD within the EPA area such as various circuit boards, electronic products, precision machinery components or small equipment, industrial products and so on. For example, PC Boards, IC integrated circuits, electronic parts and components, precision hardware, auto parts, etc.
Customers' Requirements:
Preventing static charge build up on the package or device inside the bag
Making products that can be used safely to package and transport NON ESD sensitive Items within the EPA area and Factory.
