ESD ECONOMY HEEL GROUNDER 1 MEG
Material:
ESD Heel Grounder is also called Anti-static Heel Strap.
It consists of conductive rubber (double layer - Black / Blue), adjustable (black) and conductive ribbon (Blue).
Rubber: conductive layer 10 ^ 3 - 10 ^ 5 Ω, dissipation layer 10 ^ 6 - 10 ^ 9 Ω
Performance:
The electrostatic charge of human body can be safely discharged into the anti-static floor through the conductive rubber & the conductive ribbon contacting the skin, and then discharged to the earth through the grounding system of the floor. This is one of the measures that take off human body's static electricity.
The ESD Heel Straps can be used separately, no need to connect with grounding cords for using, so it is suitable for the workers that have to move about in the production line, also it's suitable for the visitors.

The resistance of conductive ribbon to the ground is 10 ^ 6 Ω (1m Ω).
The length of conductive ribbon is 400-450mm (it can be made according to customer requirements).
Rubber: Blue / black, white / black.
Ribbon: Blue or Grey
Application:
ESD Heel Grounder is used for electrical industry's production line testing, parts assembly, warehouse receiving and issuing materials, and visitors that need to go into the EPA Areas.
Make sure both feet wearing the anti-static heel straps when you go into the ESD Protected Area.
The conductive ribbon must be in good contact with human leg's skin.
Only used on anti-static floor or ground with grounding system.
Anti-static heel straps need to be fastened properly to ensure the anti-static effect and safe anti trip.
Need to be cleaned regularly and kept clean before using.
