Product Description
Lead-free Composite Sheets are composite material made of imported glass fiber,PI temperature resistance composite resin and nanometer dispersed material. Price is more competitive than imported products. In the indirect high temperature environment of 265-300ºC, it has good dimensional stability, corrosion resistance, low thermal conductivity, anti-static and non-flammability. Suitable for soldering protection in wave soldering and reflow soldering. Easy to process, no cracking, no peeling, no burr and no irritation to human body. Customers can freely design the carriers according to their specific needs.
According to numerous tests,Ricocel has proven excellent results in dimensional stability, water absorption and chemical attack(flux).Also, the machining workability is superior compared to other composite materials, allowing machining of thin walls and pallet bottom up to 0.5mm thickness. Ricocel offers increased life-time of soldering tools, superior structure stability for precise soldering process and flexibility in design even with thin walls.
