Ea ton's Moe ller series ESR5 electronic safety relays can reliably monitor safety devices such as emergency stop buttons, safety doors, light curtains, and control devices, and switch them to a safe operating state in emergency situations. Safety monitoring of emergency stop circuit
The internal logic of the safety relay is responsible for monitoring the safety circuit and activating the starting current path when no fault is detected. If the safety device has been activated or a malfunction occurs, the starting current path will be closed.
Monitoring movable protective devices
The monitoring of protective devices and doors is another important function. In addition to restarting monitoring, safety relays can also be used to implement automatic startup. This shortens the cycle time of the production process without affecting safety.
