Cable Introduction
A vehicle charging and discharging warning control system used for electric vehicle charging stations and charging ports, or with control signal transmission functions for charging saturation, safety warning, and other aspects.
Cable characteristics
Temperature level- 40 ºC -+50 ºC, with a maximum line temperature of 90 ºC;
Rated voltage: AC 450/750V, DC 1000V;
The allowable temperature for reference short circuit can reach 250 ºC for 5 seconds;
Insulation uses thermoplastic elastomer materials that do not contain halogens, while sheath uses thermoplastic polyurethane materials that do not contain halogens, and follows the development direction of environmentally friendly products; Cold resistant, wear-resistant, oil resistant, acid alkali resistant, water-resistant, UV resistant;
Good EMI and EMC resistance to electromagnetic interference;
Resistance to external load pressure and thermal stress;
Through a single vertical combustion test (2PfG 1908), it has high flame retardancy.
