Product Description
Isocyanate and Blend polyols mixed can produce foam for freezers, sandwich panels, pipes, spray on insulation industrial.
AS504 is spray blend polyols, blowing agent is 245fa instead of HCFC-141B, it reacts with isocyanate to produce foam which has excellent performances. It applies to all kinds of thermal insulation engineering which uses the spray technology, such as cold rooms, pots, large-scale pipelines and construction metope etc. It has excellent performances, which are as follows:

2), Low thermal conductivity;
3), Perfect flame resistance;
4), Good low temperature dimensional stability.
AS505 is a two-components, spray-applied, open-cell polyurethane foam system. This product is fully water-blown foam system with good performances of low density (8-10kg/m3), open cell and fire resistance Class B2. During spray process in site, the breathing small open cell filled with air, without producing toxic gas to destroy the Ozone layer, which is environment friendly, low-carbon new construction materials. All water flexible foam spray system has the function of thermal insulation, gas resistence, dampproof, hydrophobic and absorb noise and so on. It will create a more quiet, more quiet, more health and more energy-saving building.
