1 Introduction
The hot melt glue stick production line is used to produce hot melt glue sticks, and the stirring effect is good. The cooling part is water-cooled and air-cooled. The extruder adopts automatic temperature control, variable frequency speed regulation, head replacement, uniform fitting and automatic cutting. 1 Introduction

Main Features
1) According the hot melt adhesive formula ,to weigh the raw material, and then adding it into the reaction kettle,heating the raw material, and then fully mixing.
2) Moving the melted raw material into the filter, next step come to the storage kettle, cooling the material into a certain temperature.
3) Moving the storage kettle material into extruder.
4) Extruder the hot melt adhesive, the material through an extrusion head extrusion hole ,and the squeeze into the water tank.The speed of the glue stick in the water tank by extruder extrusion speed control.
5) Adjust the extrusion speed, cooling rate, traction speed, to control the size of the adhesive stick.
6) Choose the suitable length of the adhesive stick, cut off them and package.
