Product Description
1. Environmental Condition
1.1 The Sea Level: shall be less than 2000m;
1.2 Ambient Temperature: in the range of -100+40 OC;
1.3 Relative Humidity: monthly average not greater than 90% at most wet month;
1.4 There is without any conductive dust, explosive gas and corrosive gas which may cause the metal and insulators spoiled at surrounding;
1.5 There is no obvious vibration.
1.6 Earthquake intensity: 9 Richter degree.
2. The characteristic of the usage and construction of the equipment
2.1 Usage
This EAF can adopt the basic lining or acid lining, for melting carbon steel, alloy steel, tool steel, bearing steel, gear steel etc.
2.2 Characteristics
The main construction is of Eccentric Bottom Tapping (EBT), tubular type water cooled wall and roof, roof swing mechanism, top charging, full hydraulic, copper clad steel conductive arm. PLC digital electrode regulation and HMI industrial computer.
3. Technical parameter
Oxygen consumption 30-40Nm3/T
Tap to tap time 60mins. (with burners)
Effective working days 280days

2. Supply list
Supplied by the Buyer:
1) Installation and installation materials, Hydraulic medium, lubrication medium and cleaning medium, Graphite
electrodes, Furnace refractory lining;
2) Civil works and design (Seller provides furnace foundation drawings and civil work requirements), embedded
furnace foundation parts;
3) Water supply and gas supply main inlet are laid to Seller's equipment connection point, H.V. incoming line is
connected to Seller's H.V. panel and furnace transformer terminals, L.V. line is connected to Seller's L.V.
distribution panel.
