Cylinder Gaskets Taiwan parts: new gasket comes with glues, no need to add glue during assembly. new gasket can be reuse for 2 or 3 times after disassemble.
Crankshaft & Intake valve: Taiwan supplier, more qualified, Longer engine life .
Piston ring: Auto parts brand(Japan brand)
Bearing in Crankshaft :Koyo Brand Japan
Carburetor: TK Japan
Bearings: NSK brand &Germany INA
Drive shaft:Taiwan brand more toughness
Full sets of gears in lower unites: Taiwan parts
Full sets of electric parts:China top brand, same suppliers with Honda motors.
2)Most die casting parts and plastic parts produced&processed by our own production line, our factory have 7 years outboards spare parts production experience;
3)Engine body and metal parts more anti-corrosion:parts surface with unique anti-corrosion pretreatment process ,learn from Evinrude BRP painting process.
4)High quality Oil Painting: brand PPG (same with Evinrude painting),5 layers paint & anti-corrosion paint, won't happen painting peel off within 2 years ;
5)Super strong top cowling: ABS &PP material Ratio adjusted, better for noise reduction, more durable and flexible.(will not broken even drop from second floor.)
6)Each Earrow outboards model passed 500 continuous hours durable testing in factory testing pools/lakes/sea/rivers.
