The ES-8A series principal design philosophy is to provide the highest noise immunity readout cabinet in the market. By using our latest state of the art noise filter,32 bit CPU core and advanced high speed ASIC, ES8A implements accurate multi axes 24 bit real time hardware counting operation for linear scales or rotary encoders.
ES-8A provides right to the points application specific functions for various types of general and specialised machines to achieve the highest possible machining accuracy and efficiency.
In oder to further reduce power consumption and improve reliability,ES-8A Series DRO use the latest low voltage 3.3V design.
ES-8A Constant Speed Lathe
ES-8A provides an 0-10V output to the spindle inverter to allow the direct control of spindle rotational speed.By adjusting the speed control knob in ES-8A's front panel,operator can manually adjust the spindle rotation speed to achieve desired machining surface finish.
