Applications
- Suitable for industrial water supply, urban water supply, and water supply for high - rise buildings.
- For boosting pressure in fire - fighting pipelines.
- For the circulation of hot and cold water in air - conditioning systems.
- For long - distance water transportation.
- For circulation, boosting, and transportation in the production process, and also suitable for use with various water supply and drainage equipment, boilers, etc.
Operating Conditions and Scope
- The volume of insoluble solids in the suction and discharge medium should not exceed 1% of the total volume, and the particle size should be ≤ 0.2mm.
- Flow range: 2 - 1400 m³/h.
- Head range: 5 - 130 m.
- The maximum working pressure of the pump system should be ≤ 1.6MPa, that is, the suction port pressure + the pump head ≤ 1.6MPa.
- When the inlet pressure is greater than 0.8MPa, the materials of the pump body and pump cover need to be changed, such as ductile iron QT450 - 10.
- Medium temperature: -15ºC < T ≤ +80ºC. For hot - water types, 80ºC < T < 105ºC. Special orders are required when the temperature is equal to or higher than 105ºC.
- Ambient temperature: ≤ 40ºC.
- Motor insulation class: Class B or Class F.
- Motor protection class: IP54 or IP55.
