3. How can we guarantee quality?
We will provide a pre-production sample before mass production and a final inspection before shipment.
4. How can I get a sample to check your quality?
We'll provide a sample after you pay the sample charge to us. The account is up to your samples, normally it is USD 10-200 per style, but if there are many embroideries or printing, and it is complex, the sample fee will be higher.
5. How long can I expect to get the sample?
As usual 5-7 days after receiving the sample charge & design file.
6. What are your payment terms?
We accept T/T, Paypal, or Western Union, 30% deposit, and 70% balance paid before loading.
7. What about the lead time for bulk order production?
It depends on the order quantity and the time you place the order. Our producing capacity is 100,000pcs/month. Mostly the production time is 30-35 days.
