Materials and Design
1. Extension Arm and Upper Support Rod: Made of 60mm x 40mm x 2.5mm rectangular tubing, welded together.
2. Main Post: Made of reinforced 130mm x 130mm x 3.0mm rectangular tubing, welded with 10mm thick steel plate.
3. Rear Support Rod: Made of φ42mm x 2.0mm round tubing, bent using a tube bending machine and then welded, reducing weld seams and increasing strength.
4. Base: Made of 2.3mm thick sheet metal, welded together with internal reinforcement structures, and equipped with casters at the front and rear for easy movement.
5. Fasteners: All fasteners are treated with high-corrosion resistance Dacromet coating to extend service life.
Manufacturing Process
1. Cutting: Products are cut using fully automatic laser cutting equipment to ensure precision and consistency.
2. Welding: CO2 gas shielded welding is used for tight, firm, and aesthetically pleasing joints.
3. Surface Treatment: The surface undergoes shot blasting with 0.8mm diameter steel shots to thoroughly remove rust and create a smooth surface, enhancing powder coating adhesion and ensuring a fine coating texture.
4. Powder Coating: The product is treated with electrostatic powder coating, ensuring strong adhesion, coating thickness of 90μm - 150μm, 2H hardness, uniform and bright color, weather resistance, and anti-aging properties.
5. Safety: The entire machine is free from hooks, pinch points, shear points, and clamping areas.
