Q: Can I have a free sample?
MG Solar: If you only need similar samples, we can find it from our showroom, it is free, but you need to cover the courier freight. If you need a customized sample, you need to pay us sample charge. Welcome to get our free samples to test and check quality.

Q : Do you have any MOQ limit ?
MG Solar: We don't have a request on MOQ for our current products, 1pc for sample checking is available. But for ODM and OEM products, we have a request on MOQ.
Q : How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
MG Solar: For sample package, we usually ship by DHL or FedEx. It will take 3-5 days to arrive. For big orders, we usually ship by sea, it will take 7~30 days to arrive, depends on distance.
Q : How about your after-service?
MG Solar: We will be responsible for any complaints from our customers (response immediately when we received it, within 3 hours) and would like to help our customers to solve any problems what they meet.
