Introduction
PLW one key calibration electric capacity level controller(level switch) is a new type level instrument. It is adopts "one key calibration"technology and it solves the fussy problems of the electric capacity level switch marking.
One key calibration electric capacity level controller(level switch) is specially used on square shape, particles, powders measurement. It has the alarming functions of upper and lower level, it can be used in high temperature, high pressure, heavy corrosion, heavy dust, super fine particles,etc bad environment. It is widely used in cement, power,metallurgy, mining, grains,petrol, chemicals and port industries.
Working principle:
When the level controller is installed above the warehouse, the rapier and warehouse wall is equals to the two polar plates of the electric capacity. Because the dielectric constant value is different from the air, when the level in the warehouse changes, it will cause the electric capacity of the rapier to the wall changes. When the electric capacity is larger than the setting value and the time is over 10 seconds, the relay in the limitation switch will take action and send out a switch signal to fulfill the purpose of control and alarm.
