Yes, you need to pay the plate cost for the printing. For example, if your bag needs one color ,and the plate cost is USD 60,then the plate cost will 1*USD60.But if two colors, the plate cost will be 2*60=120. The plate cost needs to be paid all besides the deposit. But if you need the pre-production samples, the plate cost need to be paid all besides the sample cost.
