Introduction:
- High phosphorus content, high flame retardant efficiency, the addition amount of 5-10% reaches V-0 (2mm) level;
- No dust pollution, excellent processing performance;
- Finer particle size: Mflam RP805 contains microcapsule-coated red phosphorus with a particle size of smaller than 2500 mesh, with finer particle size, better dispersion and compatibility , better anti-precipitation, smooth and bright appearance, suitable for wire and cable materials;
- Good electrical performance: the leakage resistance trace index (CTI) is 600V, and it is the first in China to adopt the iron removal process of high magnetic production line to fully remove the impurity iron contained in the red phosphorus raw material;
- Good anti-precipitation: the improved coating process is coated with organic resin, the surface of red phosphorus is changed from inorganic to organic, hydrophilic to hydrophobic, better compatibility with wire and cable materials.
