Crankshaft Grinding Machine used in automobile, tractor, diesel engine works and their repair shops to grind the journals and crank pins crankshafts
1. The workpiece with the tip or chuck clamping, pretext, tailstock motor synchronous drive, manual grinding.
2. Table longitudinal movement with manual or motorized two kinds of rotation. Motor driven by a motor, for jumping profile or adjustment, only one speed.
3. According to user needs can be equipped with left and right cross chuck, maximum adjustable volume, the vertical direction is 110 mm, lateral 2.5 mm, the shift indexing simply rotate around the chuck.
4. Wheel, bench, cooling pump, oil pump driven by a separate motor.
5. Head, tail carriage motor are controlled by the inverter to achieve synchronous operation, reducing the deformation of the workpiece.
6. Wheel head rapid retreat is driven by hydraulic pressure.
7. Moving machine table using plastic guide posts with the international advanced technology, the performance is more stable and reliable.
