The carbon-based de-oxidizer is adopted without hudrogen filled in case the content in the raw gas less than 5000ppm due to the carbon fiber being both the carrier and the reducing agent,which can remove directly the inert gas,oxygen in nitrogen with the merit of large contect and deep degree of oxygen removal,it is acailable for the process without hydrogen.
