The air classifier grading machine is the equipment which sizing the super fines from the compound powder according to the size interval value. It can joint use with common crushing equipment such as ball mill, Raymond mill, jet mill, impact grinding etc. sizing the required fine powder, timely clean up too coarse or too fine particles, efficiently solve the entrainment phenomenon so that can achieve control the size distribution.
Operating principle:
The raw material put into the feeding machine reach analyzer, the material to be classified fist through pre selection area, made the particle fully scattered. The coarse and fine powder separated under vortex power.
The fine powder that satisfy fineness requirement get into fine powder capture system by the classifying blade, the coarse and union fine powder fall down to second air intake, the blade row here produce screwed centrifugal upward airflow strongly washing the material, made coarse powder and fine powder separate once again. The fine powder get into the classifying area alone with the upward airflow, the coarse powder fall down to the first air intake, receive strongly washing, the pure coarse powder discharge out the of the mill. The horizontal classifying blade have accurate top cutting size, can insure the powder don't have large particle. The classifier has high classifying accuracy, efficiency and fineness.
