The machine is for finger jointing two veneer strips, already lengthwise trimmed. The finger jointing is obtained by cutting with knife and counter-knife purpose-shaped, driven by hydraulic cylinders.
This unit includes:
- device to insert strip
- two finger cutting units for head and end strip
- devices for clamping and feeding strip (input and output)
- device to press and heat thermoadhesive tape
- wet device for adhesive tape
- automatic motorized unwinding unit for thermoadhesive tape
