VL850PLUS Production Description
Whole machine: The machine tool adopts a column fixed and cross slide moving structure. The X, Y, and Z axes adopt linear rolling guides, and the whole machine has high rigidity, high stability and high reliability. The large flow fully enclosed protection has beautiful appearance and is easy to operate and maintain.Spindle box: It adopts a high-speed spindle unit, the spindle taper hole is BT40 specification, and has a central blowing function.
Tool magazine: The tool magazine adopts a disc-type tool magazine with reliable quality and stable performance.
Drive: The three-axis motor and high-precision ball screw adopt a direct drive method. The ball screw is pre-stretched and installed to improve the transmission rigidity and positioning accuracy. The three linear coordinate axes all adopt linear rolling guides. The machine tool has small vibration when feeding at high speed and no creeping when feeding at low speed.
