Solid furnace can be classified into vertical and horizontal types, and furnace structure can be categorized as water-cooled wall and refractory mud pouring type. Among them, water-cooled wall furnace is primarily used for high calorific value waste, while refractory mud is more suitable for low calorific value waste. Solid furnace is manual-operated furnace with the feeding and ash extraction methods typically being done manually. However, automatic feeding and ash extraction can also be implemented based on the shape of waste and customer requirements;
The solid furnace determines the utilization of a grate based on the material's shape and composition, and is equipped with a cooling ash bin and oxygen supplementation at the bottom of the furnace;
For those remote mountainous areas, the centralized treatment is not realistic. In such locations, it is necessary to incinerate certain types of waste, such as animal carcasses, using advanced incineration technology and equipment on-site. Additionally, a solid furnace can be utilized to deal with all kinds of waste and household garbage. To ensure compliance with national emission standards and eliminate secondary pollution, an advanced exhaust gas treatment device should be installed to control pollutants emitted during the incineration process. Furthermore, this system can recycle a large amount of hot water, hot air, steam, etc., which can be utilized for both residential and industrial purposes.
