[ Production Introduction ]The YDX-LPM series electromagnetic paste white machine is the latest research and development of our company specifically for ceramics factory high concentration (63-68%) stock iron removal to increase the whiteness of the stock equipment, for low concentration (15-30%) stock such as kaolin, potassium albase and other better effect. According to different slurry, different magnetic media can be selected to achieve better results.The YDX-LPM series electromagnetic paste white machine relies on the electromagnetic coil through the direct current to produce a magnetic field, the magnetic mesh in the cavity produces a high gradient magnetic field, when the slurry containing iron flows through the magnetic mesh from bottom to bottom, it is absorbed by the powerful magnetic field of the magnetic mesh, and then through the PLC program to control the automatic operation of each valve and electrical components, so as to achieve the purpose of automatic iron and iron removal.
