The residual chlorine sensor is a cutting-edge masterpiece in the realm of chemical sensors, belonging to the constant potential electrolysis type category. This revolutionary sensor employs state-of-the-art non-membrane constant voltage technology, eliminating the need for membrane or reagent replacement. It features a sophisticated three-electrode system to address the common challenge where continuous detection between the working electrode and the counter electrode can disrupt the stability of the electrode potential, leading to increased measurement errors. To mitigate this, an additional reference electrode is incorporated, creating a robust three-electrode system specifically designed for residual chlorine sensors. As the potential shifts between the working and reference electrodes, the sensor ingeniously adjusts the voltage applied between the two via a dynamic reference electrode potential and voltage control circuit. This ensures a consistent potential difference between the working and reference electrodes. This advanced system boasts high measurement precision, an extended operational lifespan, and virtually eliminates the need for frequent calibration.
