Ordinary conveyor belts are crafted from a sturdy multi-layer rubber industrial cotton canvas or polyester cotton interwoven fabric, gracefully sheathed with top and bottom layers of resilient covering rubber. They are expertly bonded through high-temperature vulcanization, making them perfect for efficiently conveying medium, small, granular, and powdery materials. Depending on the unique properties of the covering adhesive, these belts are available in a variety of specialized types including ordinary, heat-resistant, flame-retardant, burn-resistant, cold-resistant, acid and alkali-resistant, and oil-resistant variations.

(4) Cover Layer: Working face thickness ranges from 1.5 mm to 9 mm for optimal protection and longevity.
Non-working face thickness ranges from 0 mm to 4.5 mm, designed to optimize belt performance under varying conditions.
