1. Egg Loading -- Eggs are first loaded into the grader's feed system, usually a conveyor system to feed the eggs into the grader one by one.
2. Electronic weighing -- Each egg is accurately weighed by an electronic scale as it passes through the conveyor belt. This process is very rapid, usually completed within milliseconds.
3. Weight Comparison -- Weighing data is compared to preset standards to determine the grade of each egg. According to the set standards, eggs are divided into different grades, such as large, medium, small, etc.
4. Grading and sorting -- Based on the results of the weight comparison, the eggs are graded and sorted into corresponding containers or conveyors for packaging and distribution.
