The frame & blades are high quality extruded aluminum profiled construction with advantages of corrosion resistance and rigidity.
The grille is consist of out frame and inner core, the core is fixed to the frame with steel spring pins.
The Core can be easily removable and interchangeable to allow for maximum flexibility in the installation, maintenance and damper adjustment.
Grilles have two sets parrallet blades, blades can be adjusted mannually and individually to provide air deflection in both horizontal and vertical planes.
Our factory covers a total area of 45000 square meters, with 13 extrusion machines, 1 vertical spraying line, 6 oxidation lines & 2 wooden grain lines.
