(2)The silicon steel sheet we use is the products of Wugang Brand,800 Series.which is the most famou
manufacture of steel.And its advantage is its magnetic flux is large and its iron loss is small.
(3)The main frame of the alternator and lead box are made of steel
(4)All the components of our factory,the stator,rotor and excitation will be dipping lacquer twice.
(5)The rope of best nylon to be used in all the rotors and stators.We promise the security of our products.
(6)All the rotors should be tested by dynamic balance to go on test of balance.
(7)Our material has a step by printing the conformal coating,it can protect the material.

Question: What's your warranty period?
Answer: Our payment terms is 1 year or 1000 running hours whichever comes first. But based on some special project, we can extended our warranty period.
Question: Does your generators has global warranty?
Answer: Yes, most of our products like Cummins, Perkins, Doosan power generator enjoy the global warranty service. And the alternator we use like Leroysomer, marathon also enjoy the global warranty service, so you do not need to worry about the aftersales service.
Question: Do you accept OEM/ODM service?
Answer: Yes, we can accept OEM.
Question: What's your payment terms?
Answer: We can accept T/T 30% in advance, and the balance 70% shall be paid before shipment or L/C at sight, L/C deferred payment terms or west union.
Question: What's your delivery time?
Answer: Our normal delivery time is 25 working days. But if your order is some special engine and alternator, then the delivery time is longer.
