Electric Arc Furnace Door Self-Consumption Manipulator

       The furnace door consumable oxygen gun manipulator is an important equipment in electric furnace steelmaking, and its performance directly affects the smelting efficiency. Its main function is to use the automatic pipe feeding device to blow oxygen into the molten steel at a certain pressure and flow, and use the chemical energy of oxygen to convert into heat energy to assist melting, decarburization and stirring.
      In the early stage of melting, its function is mainly used to cut scrap steel, and the melting period is mainly to achieve decarbonization tasks. 
       Self-consumable furnace door oxygen gun manipulator includes: support base, cross arm upgrade mechanism, oxygen tube pitching mechanism, oxygen pipe swing mechanism (up, down, left, right), cantilever lifting mechanism, oxygen pipe automatic pipe feeding device, manipulator water cooling protection device, on-board piping, oxygen hose reel, oxygen anti-tempering safety device, quick pipe change device, etc.
