Sausage smoking machine is a key equipment in meat processing, it is widely used to dry, cook, smoke and color sausage, ham, bacon, meat, chicken, duck and bean products.
The machine comprises a smoke generator, a smoking chamber and a steam generator. It can achieve the functions of drying, steam cooking, smoking and coloring. Spare parts like mobile hanger is also available. Smoke intake pipes, tube heaters and blower fan are set on the top of the machine, which guarantee the uniform temperature and speed of smoke and airflow.
The frame of machine is made of carbon steel and inner and outer casing of stainless steel 201. It's solid and hygienic.
