The VF40.VF41.VF52.VF61.XF40.XF41.XF52.XF61 series Siemens steam electric temperature control valve adopts the original Siemens controller and electric actuator from Germany. The sensor is combined with the pressure self balancing valve body provided by Xinao Technology, which has the characteristics of precise control, large shut-off force, self balancing anti lock braking, etc. And it can flexibly adjust the proportional band, integration time and other parameters according to the different on-site system equipment used, so as to achieve precise matching with the system, eliminate static errors, run smoothly, respond sensitively, and extend the service life.
The controller has PI and PID regulation functions, precise control, multi loop control, diverse functions, and can achieve control of fluid flow rate, pressure, pressure difference, temperature, humidity, enthalpy value, and air quality.
The actuator has electric mechanical and electric hydraulic types, with manual and automatic adjustment functions, sensitive adjustment, large shut-off force, and adjustable flow characteristics (linear percentage). The electric hydraulic actuator has a power-off automatic reset protection function, can receive 0-10V or 4-20mA signals, and has a valve position feedback 485 communication Modbus protocol remote control function.
The optional Xinao pressure self balancing valve body flow regulating valve is suitable for regulating chilled water, low-pressure hot water, domestic hot water, high-pressure hot water, seawater, hot oil, and steam in circulation pipelines. It has good linearity, large adjustable ratio, tight sealing, high temperature resistance, and anti cavitation.
