Jacketed kettle or electric jacketed kettle can be designed into different type:
Tilting type cooking kettle and vertical type cooking kettle.
Tilting jacketed cooking kettle is designed with a tiltable device, you can turn the kettle or pot over for discharge after cooking.
Vertical cooking kettle is designed on 3 legs, there is a discharge pipe at the bottom of the jacketed pot.
Both of tilting cooking kettle and verticle cooking kettle can be designed with mixer or without mixer.
Electrical jacket kettle:
Our electrical jacket kettle takes heat conducting oil as thermal source. Compare with steam heating, the heating temperature of of the electrical jacket kettle is higher than steam jacket kettle, which can shorten the cooking time. We also call electric heating kettle as oil jacketed kettle or oil jacketed cooking vat.
