PRODUCTS INFORMATION
1 .Description:
electrical insulation pressboard for transformer is made of high quality insulation press board and the glue on both sides to be inserted in between boardsor the adhesive oppointed by customers by hot press process .The maximum dimension is 950*1950.Since 2006 the press board with the large size of 6000*3000mm has been put into production,we can deliver the large size laminated board now,the maximum the dimension is 3000*2000mm .They have better performance obviously than laminated wood in the mechanical strength and insulation strength.

2).nominal length:1000mm*2000mm
3). Moisture Content :1.2-1.3 g/cm3

4. Applications: apply in motor electric equipment with high requirement for mechanical strength ,and can be used in transformer oil

It be mainly used in the clapboards of transformers and other insulating components such as insulation tube. It can also be used as the board in electrical usage, such as high/low switch, and the insulating material of home electrical equipment, shoe-making, packing.
