Electric Folding Step for Truck Motorhome with CE Certification

ES-F series electric folding steps are designed to fit on range of vans, minibuses, motorhomes, ambulances and so on.
It can help passengers to get on vehicles easily. It's driven by motor, voltage can be 12Vdc or 24Vdc.
The main material is aluminum which is light and has good corrosion resistance.
It can be operated by a switch or gang controlled by door, and manually controlled for emergency.
This step can work steadily, reliably and safely. We have single folding step, double folding step and triple folding step.
We have different steps with several specifications, which can meet different requirements. Meanwhile, we have manual folding steps.

1. Anti-skid platform: the step adopts the anti-skid aluminum alloy panel;
2. Manual function for emergency: this step can be retracted  manually for emergency situation;
3. Door Interlock: It can be controlled through door. If door is closed, this step will retract automatically, and the step cannot extend until the door is opened;
4. Safety Edge: If there is an obstruction when extending, the step will stop automatically;
5. 15KG sensor: If there is a 15kg of weight on the step when start to retract, the step will stop immediately;
6. Auto Sleep: When the door is closed and the step is retracted and not in operation in 10s, the ES will enter Sleep Mode. In this mode the controller will have a quiescent current less than 0.2mA to protect the battery;
7. Filter function: The controller has hardware and software filters for all the inputs to prevent high frequency interference. But the customer should ensure the duration time of all the normal input signals will be more than 100ms. Otherwise the signal may be deemed as noise and be filtered; 8. 8.Installation check:  When the controller is powered up for the first time, it will enter learning process. If mounting tilt leads to too much resistance, the step will alarm with sound and light.
9. Self-protection:  The controller has sound protection circuit to prevent the reverse connection of Power supply, the load dump caused by the disconnection of the battery when the engine is in operation (ISO7637-2), the short circuit of the Motor, lamp and so on.
10.Sound & Light Indication:  LED and BEEP will blink in running process;
11.Waterproof:  The step can work normally after immersion in water of 300mm deep for 120 minutes;
