A3:Most of our customers chose T/T. We also accept L/C . For L/C please confirm with us with exact order,or any other payment ways pls contact to us .
Q3:How is the pump delivered to us?
A3:The small one would be delivered by international express, like DHL, FEDEX, UPS & TNT.While the big one or quantity would be delivered by sea,or as customers' requirement .
Q4:How long is the warranty?
A4:Normmally we can provide 5 years warranty for the pump body,According to the international standards, pump in standard operation is 12 month( except wearable parts & seal ). For wearable parts & seal, we provide replace able one of cost price.
