The Pneumatic V port Ball Valve is a concentric segmental Ball Valve for regulating and cutting off applications. In order to achieve local control and remote centralized control, the valve can be controlled in the control room, does not need to run to the site or high altitude, and has dangerous manual control, saving human resources, time, and safety to a large extent.
The V port ball valve operated by Pneumatic Actuator with very fast rate(fastest open & close 2~3S), it is also normally called a pneumatic quick cut-off ball valve, and this kind of actuator has double-acting and single acting, also has accessories for optional, like SOV, L/S, POSITIONER, AFR, etc.
Features:
1. Single-piece body prevents leaks caused by separate flanges or locking rings.
2. Stem is finely grounded to match the actuator excellently, which prevents rocking motion and potential failure of the V-port segmented valve.
3. The upper and lower valve stems are fixed by self-lubricating bearings, which have high rotation precision and good rotation stability.
4. Designed with a specially shaped V-notch to allow the valve to have approximately equal percentage flow characteristics. At the same time, a large shear force will be generated between the segmented ball and the seat during the movement. It has excellent wiping performance and is especially suitable for applications with viscous media, fibers, and solid particles.
5. The valve seat is preloaded by a disc spring, so that the seat is always in close contact with the segmented ball, and the sealing performance is good, it can automatically compensate the sealing pair, ensuring reliable sealing.
6. Nitriding/Tungsten Carbide/Stellite Alloy/Nickle Base Alloy plating is available for abrasive media.
