Q1: Can I have samples before mass production?
A: Yes, we have sample stock available in Berlin. You may place an order for a sample first. Please note that the pricing for samples differs from that of mass production.
Q2: Do you have overseas service centers?
A: Yes, indeed. We have established service centers in Europe and the US, providing both warehousing and repair services.
Q3: Do you accept OEM or ODM orders?
A: Yes, we do accept OEM orders, subject to a specific annual purchase quantity. Currently, the minimum order quantity is 10,000 units per year.
Q4: Can I add my own logo or choose custom colors?
A: Absolutely. However, to customize the logo and colors, the minimum order quantity is 1,000 pieces per order, or this can be discussed further for specific requirements.
Q5: Do you offer e-bikes?
A: Yes, we do offer e-bikes, but they are currently tailored for the sharing business and not suitable for consumer channels. These e-bikes are equipped with IoT devices and can only be accessed through cloud services. Currently, our e-bikes are manufactured in Thailand.
Q6: What are your payment terms?
A: For sample orders, we require 100% TT in advance. For mass production orders, we accept TT, L/C, DD, DP, and Trade Assurance payments.
Q7: What is your delivery time?
A: For sample orders, preparation takes approximately one week, with shipping times varying based on the distance from our Europe or US warehouses to your location. For mass production orders, production takes 45-60 days, with shipping times dependent on sea freight.
Q8: What certifications do you have?
A: We possess CE, TUV, KBA, FCC, MD, LDV, RoHS, WEEE certifications, among others. We can also provide additional certifications related to our products as required.
Q9: How does your factory ensure quality control?
A: Our quality control process begins at the start of production. Throughout the entire process, we conduct IQC, OQC, FQC, QC, PQC, and other necessary checks to maintain quality standards.
