Electric Powder Coating Oven / Small Batch Powder Curing Oven
COLO-1118 Small batch powder coating oven is a good choice for small scale powder curing jobs.
We adopt high quality rock wool board to make oven wall for keeping the temperature.
The warming-up time is 15-30 mins and working temperture will be 180ºC-250ºC.
It is very ideal for curing car wheels after powder sprayed.
Advantages of Powder Coating Oven
1. Easy control system to set heating time and heating temperature.
2. 0.75kw circulation fan motor, making the heat spreads uniformly in the oven chamber.
3. 100mm thickness rock wool board keep good heat preservation.

2. interlayer: rock wool board (thickness=100mm), insulated, maintain the inside temperature
3. outer wall: color steel (thickness=0.7mm), anti-rust
