Product Description
The fire damper is usually installed on the ventilation pipe. The damper is normally open and it will be closed when the air temperature reaches 70 °C.
Smoke exhaust fire damper is generally installed on the air duct of the smoke exhaust system. It is normally open. When a fire occurs, the smoke detector emits a fire alarm signal. The control center uses the DC24V signal to exhaust smoke. When the flue temperature reaches 280 °C, it will shut down automatically.

Application
Fire dampers are used in air ducts of ventilation and air-conditioning system which has smokeproofing and fireproofing requirements, especially suitable for the important buildings that can not be reset manually.
Installation Attentions
1. The valve body should be hoisted independently to prevent the deformation of the pipe from affecting the opening or closing of the valve.
2. The valve can be installed vertically or horizontally. No matter what kind of blade, the blade must be parallel to the ground. If the blade cannot be parallel to the ground, it must be declared when ordering.
3. On the side of the valve operator and on the other side of the spring mechanism, there should be no less than 200mm of clearance for maintenance.
4. When the valve is installed in the ceiling, there should be an inspection hole under the operator, the size is not less than 450*450mm.
5. The connection between the fire damper and the firewall should be insulated by refractory materials. The electrical circuit should be protected by Ø20mm refractory protection tube.
6. When using the remote control operator, the control cable should be protected by Ø20mm refractory tube. The bending radius of the tube should be no less than 200mm, the bending point should not exceed 3, and the cable should not be longer than 6m.
7. The cable wrapped around the operator should be no less than 3 turns, and the cable head should be fastened with a pressure plate.
8. When the remote control operator is installed, the installation box should be pre-installed on the wall. Please refer to the remote control operator for the size of the installation box.
