This electric cnc tapper machine is special designed for aluminum profile end holes tapping process. Simple structure, easy maintenance and easy operation, high tap accuracy (preset inside screw depth, screw pitch, spindle rotation, process speed) and high efficiency, prevent screw tap from broken down by preset tap holder clutch torque. This is really horizontal working tapper machine. No work piece length limitation and easily to adjustable blind or go through holes position via special designed work top.
Regular spec tap capability: M4-M24, servo motor: 1.5 kw, single phase: 220v,
tapping speed: around 300 rpm
